Eligibility

Criteria to be eligible to apply for PSG:

  • Registered & operating company in Singapore

  • Purchased/ lease/ subscription of IT services must be used in Singapore

  • Have a minimum of 30% local shareholding

  • Turnover < S$100 million, OR < 200 employees Company’s Group annual sales turnover less than S$100 million, or less than 200 employees (for selected solutions only)

Additional SFEC Support Available

Employers eligible for the Skills Future Enterprise Credit (SFEC) will be granted a one-time credit of $10,000, which can cover up to 90% of the out-of-pocket expenses incurred for qualifying costs. Fro example, consider the scenario where you can claim a 50% grant from PSG. SFEC further enables you to offset up to 90% of the remaining out-of-pocket expenses that pertain to the unreimbursed 50% covered by PSG.

Criteria to be eligible for SFEC:
All eligible employers have been informed and are not required to apply for SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC).

For companies that meet the criteria for SFEC eligibility, the designated Corppass administrator would have received an eligibility letter via email from EnterpriseSG. Employers who fulfill the requirements will find the S$10,000 credit displayed upon logging in to the Business Grants Portal and SkillsFuture Singapore’s SFEC website.

Employers must meet the following conditions over any of the qualifying periods:

  • Have contributed at least S$750 Skills Development Levy (SDL) over a qualifying period; and
  • Have employed at least three Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents* every month over the same qualifying period; and
  • Have not been qualified at any of the earlier periods.
SFEC Expansion (Budget 2022)1 January 2021 – 31 December 2021Employers must meet the following conditions over the qualifying period:

  • Have employed at least three Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents* every month over the qualifying period; and
  • Have not been previously qualified for SFEC; and
  • Are not in default of their SDL contributions during the qualifying period and do not have an inactive ACRA status during the qualification process.

*Refers to all Singaporean or Singapore PR employees drawing a salary and with CPF contribution.

Important notice: Employers are required to submit the final claims to the respective agencies for the supportable programmes that they have successfully applied for or training courses that they have completed by 30 June 2024.
